Refund Policy

All Booking Fees agreed to via signed contract following initial consultation are non-refundable. 

Once client and Commotion NW agree on event day, services, and pricing; NOT after signing service agreement contract; client has "right to first refusal." This means once you have had your initial consultation, we will not sell your date out from under you. If another prospective client is interested in hiring us for your date and no other DJs under our employment are available, AND you have not yet made a decision to sign with us, you will be notified right away to be given the option to "refuse" the service we offered during your consultation. 

We encourage all clients to shop around to ensure they hire the team that best fits their needs.  

Right to first refusal is a right we give to all our prospective clients prior to signing a contract for our services, in the event the client has not yet had consultations with other DJ companies. 


 All Contracts signed with Commotion Northwest are legal documents. 

If you must cancel your event due to natural disaster or pandemic related state wide closures, Commotion Northwest will do our best to accommodate your event being rescheduled for up to one year from the the original event date.

If Commotion Northwest fails to provide the service we agreed to per our service agreement signed by both parties, Commotion Northwest will refund all money paid.
